LEGAL ENTITY

For all territories except for the Republic of Poland, FrostSEO services are provided by Tesserakt Inc. For customers from the Republic of Poland, FrostSEO services are provided by Elgraw Przemysław Pawełek, ul. Torowa 10, 33-100 Tarnów, Poland.

As we expand our brand to new territories, we might use other local entities to perform local business activities. In that case, this policy should be updated to always hold an up to date list of our corporations.

All the services provided by FrostSEO are governed by Terms & Conditions provided as part of our service agreements, as well as local applicable laws. FrostSEO services are subject to VAT taxation in European Union.

 

COLLECTING & PROCESSING INFORMATION

By using our website, you give FrostSEO an explicit consent to collect and process the following information about your visit:

  • software identifiers (incl. your OS & web browser name and version),

As part of the California Online Privacy Protection Act and other international laws governing privacy protection, FrostSEO customers can use the credentials mentioned above to access FrostPANEL available at http://www.frostpanel.com and make any changes to their information by using the “My Profile” option.

It it your legal responsibility to provide us with up to date and valid information, which is later used for billing and invoicing. FrostSEO reserves the right to perform a due diligence to validate the authenticity of provided details.

 

PRIVACY POLICY COMPLIANCE

Our Privacy Policy is compliant with the California Online Privacy Protection Act. FrostSEO services and websites are not directed to children under 13, therefore we are not a subject to COPPA compliance. Our Cookies Policy is compliant with European Union directive on cookies usage dated May 2011.
